Nanny Coach uses a variety of techniques to support your family in eliminating chaos and stress and helping you raise happy, healthy children. During your Introduction and Assessment, a certified Nanny Coach will come to your home to meet with your family and discuss specific challenges. Nanny Coach will provide a written assessment of the situation and answer any questions you many have.

During the In-home Observation phase, a Nanny Coach will come to your home and observe your family life and interaction. Another alternative that is used in certain situations is the NannyCam, where video cameras are left to record family time after Nanny Coach leaves. This gives Nanny Coach an unobtrusive way to see your family in action for many days in a row.

Your Nanny Coach will then Brainstorm with both parents to discuss the observations and collaborate a plan of action and methods as well as a schedule and the need for consistency.

Nanny Coach will return to your home for Follow-up Visits to reinforce the methods and ensure consistency. At this time, she will also schedule your follow up Mommy Support Coaching Sessions and answer any questions you may have.
